Data Analysis and Multi-Disciplinary Research Team
The NASA Land Science research and analysis program aims to utilize the global measurements from MODIS and VIIRS to understand the Earth system and interactions among its components as steps toward the prediction of Earth system behavior.
A combination of short-term process oriented measurements and long-term satellite measurements are the key componenets to achieve this goal.
